Caila Stangl

A designer, creative collaborator and aesthetic enthusiast with 10 years of experience, Caila has worked with brands from the seedling of creative strategy right through to execution. With a passionate eye, she brings brands to life by connecting intelligent ideas with beautifully curated concepts.

Lindsay Durney

Lindsay is a senior producer with over 10 years experience leading omni-channel campaigns, retail environment development, editorial, advertorial and events from conception through to execution. She brings a high-level of skill, confidence and attention to detail through the entire production process. She’s diligent in managing expectations of stakeholders, timelines, budgets and resources while feverishly delivering on business needs and offering strategic counsel.

Kirsten Gauthier

A socially conscious entrepreneur, Kirsten has used her creative vision to spearhead a number of successful graphic arts businesses. In 2009, she co-founded Good Foot Delivery, a social enterprise courier service giving employment opportunities for those with disabilities. With over 20 years of award winning entrepreneurial experience, she created Public Office as the sum of all parts.

She now acts as advisor to Public Office.

Bill Durnan

Bill has had a remarkably varied and award-winning career in advertising, having been an agency President, strategist, Creative Director, as well an entrepreneur with his own agency. 
He was responsible for creating the original  ‘I Am Canadian” campaign for Molson and led the development of the “Out of the Blue” campaign for Labatt Blue. 
Bill was inducted into the Marketing Hall of Legends. 
In 2010, he left the advertising agency world to help start a new venture what has now become Jackman Reinvention, a business transformation consultancy for U.S and Canadian retailers. 

He now acts as advisor to Public Office.

We designed and produced the first edition of Palate, a creative yet sophisticated seasonal magazine for Pusateri’s, which in turn helped boost sales of featured items by 40%.

We elevated Neal Brothers's shelf presence with an updated packaging solution for the brand's popular chips offering - striking a balance between the brand's existing presense and a new, parred down direction.

We teamed up with Cedar Juice to design packaging solutions for a wide range of cold pressed juices including a line of smoothies, probiotics and boosters, as well as a detailed exploration of the snack world with dips and crackers. We also developed and produced custom juice stand-style fridges to house the offering in select Loblaws locations.

Brand and Store Concepts & Execution

We collaborated on a year long project that included store concept, fixtures, photography, brand collateral, brand touch-points and everything in between. To help David's Bridal stay relevant in the Millennial market, we imaged an elevated experience for the young bride, with a rich palette of white, gold, the brand color “Bliss” (a neutral lilac) and pops of boxwood for a fresh hit of nature-inspired green.

We have worked alongside the team at RW&Co. for the past four seasons, developing campaign strategies and leading the art direction, production and implementation, coinciding with the brand's go-to market strategy.

We worked on the two-pronged task of repositioning the brand for Fall 2017, during extreme market volatility, as well as launching the refreshed Re/Max identity to market. We flipped the hierarchy of the existing marketing messages, injecting emotion to increase consumers' awarenesses of what truly influences their purchasing and selling decisions. Media included OOH, radio and digital and ran across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
